The Author of this Prayer Challenge
I am a beloved child of our Father in Heaven who loves Jesus and is empowered by the Holy Spirit to help others pray.
I have been married to my husband Jim, for nearly 40 years, and have adult children.
I am a joy carrier, a prayer warrior, an intercessor, and I operate in the prophetic.
I love the Word of God and the many revelations the Holy Spirit gives me.
I am passionate about seeing churches grow in prayer, take up the authority that Jesus gave us, and grow in the incredible love of Jesus.

1. Spiritual Protection: Pastors often face spiritual attacks because of their leadership roles. Interceding for our church leaders enables the Lord to shield them from these attacks, helping them stay strong and focused on their mission.

A Vision the Lord gave Me
I saw an intense battle scene. The pastors and leaders were in the front of the battle.
Arrows were coming at them from every direction. The enemy was trying to isolate them to take them out one on one. The pastors were using all their God given weapons and stood firm, but the barrage of fiery darts continued.
Then I saw an army of angels deployed for these men and women and joined them in the battle. They started pushing back the enemy and shielded the pastors from the attacks.

The Pastors and leaders were then able to advance and take territory for the Kingdom. The vision ended.
Following the vision, I asked the Lord why he deployed the angels. He replied, "As the Lord of Hosts, I respond to the fervent prayer of the righteous for their leaders. I want them to fulfill the calling on their lives to be my Shepherds and to see people, saved, redeemed, restored and equipped so they to can go into all the world and make disciples."

I liked getting more involved with praying for the leadership and coming to the understanding that it was both offensive and defensive spiritual warfare.
