I especially appreciated having the prayer email arrive on my phone. Each day the words were new and fresh, and that helped me to keep persevering in prayer as I've never been able to do before.
I liked the idea that each week had a different focus. I loved the last week, where we focused on Jesus's prayers.

Even before this initiative in our church, I had been praying for my children, their friends and others to either come to know Christ or to know him better.
Toward the end of the 40 days, I received a text message that one of my children’s friends had a supernatural encounter which disturbed him and generated a lot of questions. On speaking to him, I found I was fully equipped to explain what had happened due to the Scripture I had been reading in the 40 Days of Prayer for the Lost and the Found.
I had the pleasure of leading him to the Lord and baptising him. I am wonderfully expectant of what God is going to do next as a result of these prayers, which are well written and use God’s word in meaningful ways.

I have thoroughly enjoyed praying for the 'lost'.
I have little groups of people I pray for and I'm still praying expectantly for those people. I know our heavenly Father is hearing my prayers.
Praying for them every day has made me close to them. I pray with a heart of love for them all.
I loved the use of Scripture and the way it has come alive in each prayer. There is a depth of revelation and it covers the different situations the people I'm praying for are in.

There were so many things I liked about the 40-day Targeted Prayer Campaign: Praying for the Lost and the Found.
With the Holy Spirit's help, I wrote the names of the people I was praying for on both the Lost and Found lists. This helped me to really focus on these people.
Setting aside regular time to pray, naming each person and praying Scripture over them daily, gradually deepened my awareness that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit were praying too. I was praying in partnership with them.
Each day I had a sense of anticipation about how the Scriptures would guide my prayers and draw me closer to God.
I liked the reassurance not to stress if you missed a day or got behind. I caught up, and it was no big deal.

My life has been full of the "Amazing Grace" of our Father in heaven for over 41 years. I am passionate about Jesus and I love Holy Spirit's influence in my life.

I have a joyful expectation about leading people to Jesus, and helping you do the same by preparing the soil of people's hearts through prayer, based on the Word of God, and our Father's heart of love.
​
My heart is also turned towards children, family and the people who make up the body of Christ. Fighting for them in prayer is a gift God has given me which I want to impart to you.

I just wanted to let you know that although I didn’t do so well the first time around with the daily prayers in the programme (I kept missing out days and in the end gave up) I am doing it again.
This time, I am managing to keep on track with the daily prayers. I find it uplifting and is helping me so much to connect with God and helping me to find my own words of prayer.
